How we will use your data

We will store your personal data securely so that we can process your donation and any Gift Aid claim. We'll only use the information you have provided to communicate with you in the ways you have asked, with the following exceptions:

  • We will send you a confirmation email when you set up your gift.
  • We will use your details if we need to contact you about your donation.
  • If you’re supporting a member of our staff, we’ll pass them your details so they can thank you personally.
  • Very occasionally we may telephone you to make you aware of events and publications for our supporters.
